Terms of Service
These Terms govern your purchase and use of RefineAI. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
License and plans
RefineAI grants you a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for your own compatible Android devices. The one-time plan provides ongoing access to the purchased version and included features. The monthly plan provides access while the subscription remains paid and active.
Monthly cancellation and failed payment
You may cancel at any time through Stripe's secure customer portal or the subscription-management method provided by RefineAI. Unless otherwise stated at cancellation, access continues through the end of the paid billing period and then ends. If payment fails, Stripe may retry and request updated payment details. Monthly access may be suspended or terminated after the applicable recovery or grace period. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund a completed billing period.
Checkout and email
Stripe independently processes payment information and the email address required for receipts and purchase administration under Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. RefineAI does not collect or store your checkout email on RefineAI-operated servers. RefineAI may process a non-payment license token and limited entitlement status to validate access.
Acceptable use
You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer where prohibited, defeat licensing controls, interfere with the service, or use RefineAI unlawfully or to violate another person's rights. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output before relying on or sending it.
Availability and updates
Device compatibility, Android behavior and third-party services may change. We may provide fixes, security updates and feature changes. Features may require permissions, local resources or occasional internet access for installation, updates, purchase validation or support.
No professional advice
RefineAI output may be incomplete or incorrect and is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions, communications and compliance with applicable law.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RefineAI is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties not required by law. RefineAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for RefineAI during the twelve months preceding the claim, except where law does not permit that limitation.
Termination and changes
We may suspend access for material violation, fraud, chargeback abuse or attempts to bypass licensing. We may update these Terms prospectively by publishing a revised effective date. Provisions that should survive termination will survive.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by Missouri law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law requires otherwise. For support or legal questions, use the current contact published at refineai.download.
