Does RefineAI require an internet connection?
Core on-device functions are designed to work without an internet connection after required setup and local resources are in place.
Where does my data go?
RefineAI is designed around local, on-device processing so your private content does not need to be sent to a cloud AI service for core functions.
What does the one-time purchase mean?
Buy it once. Own your AI for life. The one-time option is intended for people who do not want another recurring AI subscription.
How do I cancel the monthly plan?
Use Stripe's secure customer portal from your purchase receipt or the subscription-management link provided by RefineAI. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Why does Stripe require an email address?
Stripe uses it to process the purchase, provide a receipt, and manage the subscription. RefineAI does not collect or store that checkout email on RefineAI-operated servers. Stripe's handling is governed by Stripe's separate privacy policy.
Why is RefineAI blocked in Accessibility after installation?
Android restricts Accessibility for apps installed directly from an APK. First attempt to enable RefineAI in Accessibility and close the denial message. Without closing Settings, open Settings → Apps → RefineAI 2.0 → three-dot menu → Allow restricted settings. Confirm, return to Accessibility, and enable RefineAI. The app will not work until this required setup is completed.

What many do not understand is that some of the most popular apps are simply wrappers that contain the intelligence of AIs such as ChatGPT, but are then wrapped in, or given, a different storefront in the form of the app they are using.
